Co-founder of the original family business, Daryl may jokingly call himself the company “gopher,” but he is truly the flooring expert behind the scenes. With nearly 50 years in the industry, he handles flooring measurements, estimates, and problem-solving with unmatched experience. While technically of retirement age, Daryl prefers to stay active — often arriving first and leaving last, still deeply involved in the day-to-day operations. If you don't see him in the office, you will likely catch him at any Mexican restaurant in town every day for lunch!

Although Dave officially retired in 2020, he remains an important part of the Bryer legacy. As a former estimator and installer in the window treatment department, he helped shape the reputation the business holds today. Lately, he’s been known to “come out of retirement” to lend a helping hand alongside Todd or Daryl when needed — proving that once you're a Bryer Brother, you’re never truly done working.

Daughter of founder Daryl Bryer, Dani has been a full-time part of the family business for over 37 years. She manages the showroom and works closely with customers to find the perfect flooring or window treatment solutions. A Certified Hunter Douglas Design Consultant, Dani brings deep industry knowledge and a thoughtful design eye to every project. Whether she’s helping clients select samples, measuring for custom blinds, or coordinating installations, she truly does it all.

Son of Dave Bryer, Todd has been working in the family business for over 40 years. After his father retired, Todd stepped into the role of lead window treatment installer while continuing to support both Bryer Carpet & Blinds and Gemini Carpet Cleaning. From hanging custom blinds to assisting with carpet cleaning and restoration services, Todd’s experience and dedication have been part of the company’s foundation since the beginning.
